Rated the number 1 park in the U.S. and the number 2 park in the world by tripadvisor.com in 2014, Garden of the Gods is one place you don't want to miss out on while in Colorado Springs. The park is open year round with hours depending on the season, and the best part...it is FREE! There is something for everyone to enjoy at Garden of the Gods with various activities to help you explore the park inside and out.

There is a free visitor and nature center to teach you all about the amazing history of the park and what it has to offer, easy hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, free 30 minute guided tours at 10 am and 2 pm every day, technical rock climbing, places to have picnics, or if you just want to take a nice drive through the park you can do that too. The main trail through the park is paved and is wheelchair-accessible, dogs are permitted throughout the park as long as they are on a leash, unless in the designated areas either south of Gateway Road or Rock Ledge Ranch. Garden of the Gods is also a great place to see wildlife and take gorgeous photographs.

When you visit Garden of the Gods, be sure to look for the stunning Balanced Rock, Tower of Babel, Gateway Rock, Three Graces, Cathedral Valley, and of course the Kissing Camels!
